Here are some frequently asked questions that might give you quick answers to questions you may have. However, please feel free to contact me at any time with questions or for more information; I would love to answer them personally!
How much does a portrait cost?
Please have a look at my current pricing.
How do I make a payment?
Once you've approved of the portrait, I will send you payment a link via Paypal.
Do you ship your portraits worldwide?
Yes! I ship my portraits to every corner of the world.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in the prices.
Do you work from photos?
Yes, I work from sharp, digital photographs.
What kind of photographs do you need?
I will need a sharp, digital photograph that allows me to zoom in on details. I unfortunately can't work from photos that aren't sharp, as I can only draw the details that I can see. For a head and chest portrait, the photo preferably needs to be/ have been taken at eye level and be nice and close up. Please feel free to email me as many photographs, at their original size, as you like for me to look at. We can then discuss which would be suitable.
How long does a portrait take?
It depends on the size and the number of subjects included. I should be able to give you a estimate once you've let me know your chosen size and I've seen the photo reference. Please let me know upon ordering if you will need your portrait by a certain date. I can then tell you if it would be possible.
I'm not sure what size portrait to have?
Please get in touch! I'd love to help. I recommend that you decide where you would like to hang the portrait (if it's not a gift), and then cut out pieces of paper or card and hold it up, not forgetting to add extra for the mount and frame.
Can I have a several subjects included, from separate photos?
Can I have a custom size?
Yes! I love it when my clients get creative with sizes. Every portrait is as unique as its subject.
Can I see my portrait before you send it to me?
Of course! You will be provided with a photograph and asked to 'nit-pick'. Only once you are completely happy the portrait gets packed and shipped home to you.
